Requirements

Must have an active Arizona Pharmacy Technician License and be PTCB (CPhT) certified
Must be able to adhere to organization policies and procedures
Must have the ability to work closely and effectively with others in a team-oriented environment
Strong attention to detail
Must be flexible, friendly, engaging, and proactive
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines with little supervision
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced working environment
Knowledge of IV products and compounding procedures
Experience compounding chemotherapy

Responsibilities

Prepare and compound sterile IV and oncology products according to established procedures
Maintain the pharmacy cleanroom in accordance with USP <797> and <800> requirements
Complete labels, log sheets, reports, and other required documentation accurately and timely
Assist with inventory management, organization, and proper storage of medications
Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant compounding environment
Collaborate with the pharmacy and clinical teams to support safe, high-quality patient care
