About The Position
EDU-AIDs is seeking a dedicated and compassionate STEM Teacher to support elementary and middle school students in Philadelphia, PA 19131 for the 2026–2027 school year.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in STEM, Education, Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Valid Pennsylvania Teaching Certificate.
- Strong STEM knowledge and instructional skills.
- Classroom management and communication skills.
- Ability to support diverse learners and student success.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging STEM lessons aligned with curriculum standards.
- Develop hands-on activities and projects that encourage creativity and problem-solving.
- Assess and monitor student progress through assignments, projects, and assessments.
- Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs.
- Maintain a positive and organized classroom environment.
- Communicate with parents and collaborate with school staff.
- Support students in developing critical-thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
