About The Position
Lead a cohort-based learning community for STEM majors promoting scholarly excellence and leadership development to enable students to become change leaders in STEM fields. Report to the Director of the Center for Academic Success and serve as a member of the UVM HHMI Success in STEM grant team leadership team. Provide program leadership and manage day-to-day operations, build community, offer direct student support, cross-campus collaboration, and leadership development. Coordinate academic year programming and a six-week Summer Bridge experience for incoming students.
