About The Position

United Skates of America is seeking an enthusiastic STEM Educator to join their team for school-year field trips. This part-time, per diem position involves developing and presenting STEM lesson plans for students from kindergarten to high school. The role utilizes state-of-the-art audio and video technology for engaging educational programs for groups of 50 to 250 students. This is a great opportunity to combine education with physical fitness and fun in a rapidly expanding company.

Requirements

An outgoing and animated personality
A passion for education and STEM topics
An engaging stage presence
Creativity and a strong ability to improvise
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint
A knack for relating STEM concepts to everyday life
Availability Monday to Friday during school hours (specific days and times will vary based on bookings)
Reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

No teaching degree is required
Experience in the STEM fields (a plus)

Responsibilities
