About The Position

Towbin Dodge Ram, part of the respected Towbin Auto Group, is actively hiring experienced Stellantis Certified Technicians to join our high-volume, high-performing service department. We are looking to fill a few different positions, including Stellantis Phase 3 Certified Technician, Alfa Romeo Experienced/Certified Technicians, and Dodge Transmission Technician with Master Certifications preferred. We are specifically seeking certified CDJR, Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, Ram, Mopar, and Alfa Romeo Technicians with strong dealership experience and advanced diagnostic abilities. This is a high-paying automotive technician opportunity with consistent work, excellent earning potential, and long-term career growth. Qualified candidates may be eligible for a Sign-On Bonus and Relocation Assistance.

Requirements

• Stellantis Certifications REQUIRED
• Automotive dealership technician experience REQUIRED
• Advanced diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting experience REQUIRED
• Engine and transmission repair experience REQUIRED
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership environment
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Nice To Haves

• Master-Level Stellantis Certifications preferred
• CDJR / Mopar Certifications strongly preferred
• Alfa Romeo Certification or Alfa Romeo dealership experience strongly preferred
• Dodge Transmission Technician - Master Certifications preferred ($5k moving expenses for qualified applicants)

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on Stellantis vehicles, including Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, Ram, and Alfa Romeo models
• Diagnose and repair electrical, drivability, engine, suspension, and transmission concerns
• Perform engine and transmission removal and replacement (R&R) to manufacturer standards
• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining the highest quality workmanship
• Utilize factory diagnostic equipment and follow OEM repair procedures
• Maintain accurate repair orders and service documentation
• Communicate effectively with Service Advisors regarding repair recommendations and timelines
• Mentor and assist junior technicians when needed
