Requirements

Ability to pass a 3G weld test with 1/16th flux core wire.
Applicable experience with D1.1 codes and 2G/3G experience.
3 years experience operating overhead cranes.
A willingness to learn.
Ability to interpret fabrication and construction drawings.
Must be flexible to work any schedule needed including overtime and Saturdays as needed.

Responsibilities

Welding structural steel parts according to detailed drawings and marked-up weld symbols.
Operating overhead cranes, air arc, grinders, magnetic drills, and other tools of the trade safely and efficiently.
Collaborating with team members to ensure the quality and completeness of the work.
Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Adhering to all safety policies and performing other job-related duties as assigned.
