About The Position

This position is responsible for growing sales and supporting customer needs by developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and executing sales and marketing activities for assigned product lines.

Requirements

Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Korean.
Ability to operate effectively in bilingual business environments.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural corporate environment with U.S. and Korean teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills.
Ability to quickly learn, comprehend, and apply new concepts.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with both internal and external customers.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred (or equivalent college experience).
Experience in the steel industry preferred.
Experience in sales, sales planning, and strategic planning preferred

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage customer accounts and sales activities.
Participate in new business development initiatives and strategic sales planning.
Identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
Directly communicate with purchasing and sourcing teams of large corporations nationwide.
Support customer needs and maintain strong customer relationships.
Assist the Sales Manager with sales-related tasks, reports, and documentation.
Maintain detailed client records and account information.
Manage project details including project flow, timelines, and budgets.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely execution of customer requirements.
Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of customers’ businesses, competitors, and industry trends.
Monitor market developments and provide relevant updates to internal stakeholders.
Perform other assignments, projects, and responsibilities as required.
