About The Position

This position is responsible for the quality and quantity of sub-assemblies, continuous improvement, team building, and maintaining a positive work environment. The role requires adherence to all company procedures and policies, safe and efficient work practices, and a customer-focused approach. The individual will perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Knowledge of basic material handling methods
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills
Demonstrated proficiency using EPICOR ERP or similar systems
Able to read blue prints
Very good interpersonal skills
Must be open-minded to new ideas and concepts
Possesses very good problem-solving skills
Must be self-motivated and results oriented

Responsibilities

Responsible for quality and quantity of sub-assemblies
Continuous improvement in support of department and company goals
Supports, participates and encourages team building
Provides feedback, both positive and negative, to the team, other related departments and the supervisor
