About The Position

The Four Cornered Steakhouse Server is a part-time opening responsible for ensuring that all guests are provided a memorable dining experience. Each team member ensures that the outlet is clean, organized, and ready for service. They will follow instructions from Food and Beverage management to ensure the quality of food and excellence of service throughout their assigned shift. The work environment can be fast-paced and stressful, requiring team members to remain calm, collected, and accurate with attention to detail. Adherence to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) is expected, along with maintaining a professional appearance and attitude. Team members must work safely, with a focus on sanitation, efficiency, and guest loyalty. Detail orientation is crucial, ensuring accuracy in tasks potentially hundreds of times over. Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the service area and dining room floor is essential. Confidentiality and security of relevant information must be upheld. Communication devices such as telephones, two-way radio, guest paging system, and both computerized and manual table management systems will be used. Interaction with guests is key to maintaining great relations and fostering loyalty. Demonstrated successful interpersonal skills in working with diverse people and levels of authority are important. Multi-tasking ability and the capacity to complete tasks with minimal supervision, showing a sense of urgency regardless of business volume, are required. Effective communication, showing dignity, kindness, and respect to guests and Team Members, is paramount. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Customer Service or Food & Beverage experience is preferred.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
Must be able to obtain and maintain applicable licensing.
Must be able to work weekends and evenings.
Maintaining interpersonal working relationship among all personnel.
All internal and external guests must be treated in a manner to ensure complete satisfaction. Always strive to exceed our guests’ expectations.
Ability to work effectively with others.
Ability to work in fast-paced environment.
Oral and written communication skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours and handle high pressure situations in an interruptive environment.
Available to work when needed, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
