Must be able to stand, move and work throughout the property, including walking up to 1 mile, climbing stairs and standing for extended periods of time.
Must be able to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs. on an intermittent basis.
Sufficient dexterity of hand in order to use office equipment including, but not limited to: a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment and multi-line telephone.
Responsibilities
Delivers food to the guests
Cleans, resets and maintains tables.
Assists in side work and maintains all side stations.
Stocks service areas of the food and beverage departments.
Informs the supervisor when stock is needed.
Refills ice wells as needed.
Keeps a clean and orderly work area.
May be required to work in all food and beverage areas at the direction of the Food & Beverage Supervisor or above.
Must adhere to all Tribal Ordinance, Regulations, and the ACCRS and SRC System of Internal Controls, and Standard Operating Procedures.
