About The Position

The Steakhouse Server Assistant upholds cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the steakhouse, with particular responsibility for dishes and cooking tools. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED and at least 1 year of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to obtain a food handler’s card.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness for glassware, flatware, chinaware, and miscellaneous cooking tools.
• Wash dishes, pots, pans, and glassware by hand and with an automated machine.
• Ensure food preparation areas are clean and sanitary.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.
