Responsibilities

Seating guests according to the established floor plan to ensure proper rotation for servers.
Efficiently maintaining guest reservation lists and confirming bookings through daily calls.
Answering phone calls and inputting reservations into the computer system.
Collaborating closely with food service attendants and servers to ensure a seamless dining experience.
Adhering to our 4 Key Elements of Service Delivery and SERVE standards.
Taking on additional duties as needed to enhance efficiency, productivity, and guest satisfaction.
