About The Position

We are looking for passionate, reliable volunteers to join our team and help make a difference in the community. This role offers valuable hands-on nonprofit experience, the chance to work alongside a dedicated team, and the opportunity to make a real impact in the lives of others. Requirements

• Must have completed 6th grade
• Positive attitude and willingness to help
• Dependable with strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• No prior experience required (training provided, if applicable)
• Ability to pass required clearances

Nice To Haves

• Clearances and training are required for volunteers who assist with any YMCA programs and operations. If you are only interested in River Crossing YMCA one-day special events, such as our Bucks County 5K, or Kids Triathlon, clearances and trainings are not required, please email [email protected] upon completion of application for one-day special events

Responsibilities

• Supporting events and community programs
• Assisting staff with day-to-day operations
• Providing direct support to members
• Helping with outreach, fundraising, or administrative tasks
