UT MD Anderson Cancer Center is seeking a skilled Stationary Engineer to support the operation and reliability of central utility systems that are critical to patient care, research, and facility operations. The Stationary Engineer plays a key role in ensuring the continuous functionality and efficiency of essential building systems, including chilled water, steam, compressed air, vacuum, and heating hot water systems. This position requires a high level of technical expertise and the ability to monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain complex infrastructure. The Stationary Engineer ensures that all central utility systems are optimized and functioning at peak performance to support the organization's world-class facilities. The ideal candidate brings strong technical knowledge in utility systems operations, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting. This individual demonstrates experience working with building automation systems, process water chemistry, and central plant equipment. Relevant certifications or licenses in boiler operation or stationary engineering are preferred, along with hands-on experience in a healthcare, research, or large institutional environment.
