Our Station Manager oversees operations at the Providence Station and its Employees. The Station Manager serves as a Leader to Agents by observing and offering guidance, ensuring Safety and compliance procedures are followed, and reading and delivering communications to convey important updates. This role will utilize tactical and strategic skills to ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency, and they’ll drive Airport Operations performance across operational areas. This role supports and supervises the Airport Operations Teams, Leaders, and other workgroups to ensure a safe, reliable, and ontime operation while providing Legendary Customer Service to our Internal and External Customers. This role supports all hours of the Southwest Operation, including early mornings, late evenings, and holidays.
