About The Position
We are searching for a Station Maintenance Technician who will maintain the overall cleanliness of street fixtures, docking stations, and advertising panels. The starting schedule is 2:00 10:00 pm, Sunday Thursday. Please note that schedules are subject to change as outlined in the Collective Bargaining Agreement and for business need.
Requirements
- Experienced operating large vehicles in congested city traffic and know the layout of the Bay Area
- Have a valid Driver’s License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
- Enjoy working outdoors year-round and in all weather conditions
- Comfortable using apps on a cell phone or tablet
- Knowledgeable in using various tools and equipment
- Can lift to 75 pounds, bend, stoop, kneel, and stand for long periods of time
- Dependable, exhibit a strong work ethic, and take pride in your work
- Comfortable using power washing equipment and hand tools
Responsibilities
- Inspect and evaluate assigned bike share stations for cleanliness
- Perform bike-share station cleaning services using power washer equipment and various tools
- Utilize field devices to document work order ticket completion records
- Keep and maintain clean and presentable work areas, tools, and equipment
- Operate a large vehicle to travel throughout the bike share docking stations network
