About The Position

The Station Attendant is responsible for maintaining a pleasant guest experience by inspecting dishes and cleaning the station area. This role involves providing high-quality customer service, expediting food, and ensuring a neat, clean, and safe work environment. The attendant must also maintain the cleanliness and food freshness of buffet stations, demonstrate excellent teamwork, and be able to set up and break down buffets efficiently.

Requirements

Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Able to multi-task
Able to lift and carry 25lbs routinely and up to 50lbs occasionally
Able to bend, walk, sit, stand, squat, and lean in the course of daily business for extended periods of time
State issued Food Handler's Certificate

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of dining room service procedures
Familiarity with the food and beverage menu

Responsibilities

Provide highest quality customer service to all guests.
Be pleasant, smile, and greet all guests.
Expedite food by inspecting dishes for visual appeal and to ensure that food is properly prepared and served at the proper temperature in a timely fashion.
Maintain a neat, clean, and safe work environment.
Sweeping, vacuuming, wiping down areas, and wiping down glass.
Maintain the cleanliness of the buffet stations.
Must possess knowledge of dining room service procedures, table numbers and full familiarity with the food and beverage menu.
Maintain temperatures and freshness of food on buffet.
Demonstrate excellent teamwork by communicating effectively and positively with staff.
Able to set up and break down buffet in a timely manner.
Able to perform any other job duties as assigned by Manager/Supervisor.
