The Station Attendant is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of their assigned station, communicating any needs to the Chef, and maintaining quality standards. This role involves monitoring food preparation and portioning, setting up and cleaning the work station, and preparing ingredients. The attendant must also adhere to all company policies regarding safety, security, and professional conduct, while providing excellent guest service and maintaining positive working relationships with colleagues. The position requires the ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, and lifting objects up to 25 pounds.
