The Michigan Afterschool Partnership (MASP) advocates for equitable systems that support and expand quality out-of-school time (OST) experiences for all youth in the state. We are seeking a Statewide Quality Coach to help strengthen Michigan’s 32n OST Grant Programs through technical assistance, professional development and continuous quality improvement cycles. Statewide Quality Coaches ensures that MASP supports the 32n OST grantees in advancing program quality and continuous improvement efforts. This role will work directly with multiple youth serving organizations. They will act as each organization guide on the side through the school year and summer. Coaching will consist of building strong relationships with OST programs/partners and supporting them in meeting their internally created program goals based on observational data. This is a remote position, with travel and in-person meetings required. This role is funded through a grant and is dependent on annual grant allocations.
