Requirements

Minimum 21 years old
Relevant ship experience is preferred
Good level of English language
Ship experience is preferred
Ability to communicate tactfully and effectively with guests, department heads and crewmembers to foresee and resolve problems and negotiate resolutions.

Responsibilities

Change bed linens on either “changing day” or as needed.
Remake beds and replace furniture in original positions.
Remove and replace all damaged or soiled printed items, including stationery, envelopes, signage, pages of the service directory, laundry bags with order form, breakfast door menus, etc.
Lightly dust the entire room, including the dusting or polishing of electrical units and loose furniture.
Lightly vacuum the entire room.
Clean mirrors, chrome, glass, windows, window ledges, and other shiny surfaces.
Test all electrical items in the room.
Collect all stray dishware and remove it if not needed.
Restock, reset or remove any amenities as needed.
