Requirements

Minimum 21 years old
Relevant ship experience is preferred
Good level of English language
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in gaming or hospitality is an asset.
Must meet all regulatory requirements for gaming licenses and shipboard employment.
Ability to pass background checks and comply with company and maritime safety standards.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a casino dealer or in a similar gaming environment.
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
Familiarity with shipboard operations is an advantage but not mandatory.
Gaming Expertise: Proficient in dealing various table games (e.g., Blackjack, Roulette, Poker) and interpreting gaming rules accurately.
Mathematical Accuracy: Strong ability to calculate payouts, verify floats, and maintain precise betting records.
Must possess problem-solving skills, able to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Responsibilities

Follow all the Company’s procedures and gaming policies.
Ensure good public relations with the customers and staff.
Responsible for verifying table floats at the beginning and end of the shift.
Conduct various games of chance in the gambling casino establishments; distribute cards, roll dice or spin a roulette wheel, according to their expertise as a dealer.
Maintain accuracy in all table games and ensure bets are placed into play.
Explain and interpret operating rules of the gaming table.
Conduct payouts/game progress and other deals following Casino Operation Policies.
Attend all department meetings.
Mandatory attendance to all assigned shipboard drills and emergency activities.
Create and implement ideas that will generate/increase revenue and/or reduce costs to the company.
