This includes performing haircuts, styling, coloring, treatments, manicures, pedicures, and related beauty services. Requirements

Minimum 21 years old
Good level of English language
Nationally recognized certification or diploma in cosmetology, hairdressing, barbering, and manicuring.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a salon or spa setting.
Skilled in hair and nail treatments, cutting, styling, and grooming.
Ability to perform front desk duties when required.
Knowledge and safe operation of spa equipment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Perform professional haircuts, styles, treatments, and color services for men and women.
Deliver professional nail, hand, and foot treatments.
Maintain thorough understanding of all offered services and products.
Educate guests on home care and promote retail products to support sales goals.
Prepare, clean, and sanitize workstations, tools, and equipment before and after each service.
Ensure each guest receives timely, high-quality service with professional courtesy.
Care for spa and salon equipment properly; monitor product usage for cost control.
Adhere to treatment protocols and timing as scheduled for each service.
Handle guest questions and concerns with professionalism and discretion.
Complete service documentation, intake forms, and treatment notes as required.
Operate and clean spa equipment according to protocols.
Maintain daily sanitation logs and follow infection control standards.
