About The Position
Join Blue Ash Health & Rehab, LLC as a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) in Cincinnati, OH. Requirements
- Valid STNA certification in the state of Ohio.
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Compassionate, patient, and attentive to the needs of residents.
- Ability to lift and assist residents as necessary.

- Previous experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
- Monitor and report any changes in residents’ health or behavior to the nursing staff.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents by following hygiene and infection control standards.
- Support mobility and exercises as directed by nursing or therapy staff.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
- Document care activities and observations accurately and promptly.
- Follow care plans and adhere to all facility policies and procedures.
