This support empowers the patient to remain as independent and comfortable as possible at home.

Requirements

• 2 years of in-home health care experience
• Must have every other weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday)
• Must be willing to travel up to 60 miles
• Must be willing to work in multiple homes (if applicable)
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Current license as a State Tested Nursing Assistant - STNA in the state(s) of practice
• Current hands-on CPR or BLS certification and TB test
• Valid Driver's License
• Must have STNA license to practice in Ohio
• CPR Certification

• Maintain compliance with agency policy, procedures, and job requirements.
• Provide compassionate care and build close relationships.
• Provide one-on-one patient care.
