Requirements
- Current STNA certification in Ohio.
- Passion for caring for others.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Dependability, compassion, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities
- Provide compassionate personal care.
- Communicate resident needs and changes.
- Support nursing staff and care plans.
