About The Position
Bethany Village, voted Best Nursing Home and Rehab in Dayton, OH, is seeking motivated, compassionate, and dedicated individuals to join their team as State Tested Nurse Aides (STNAs). They offer both licensed and unlicensed positions, with on-site STNA training available for those selected who are currently unlicensed. Full-time and part-time positions are available with flexible shift options including 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, and 8-hour or 12-hour schedules. The role involves providing direct resident care in assisted living, rehab, and long-term care settings, with the goal of helping residents feel comfortable and independent. The position is described as fulfilling, with opportunities to form strong relationships with residents.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Ohio Driver’s License (some positions)
- 18 years of age or older
- Able to pass background check
Nice To Haves

Responsibilities
- Perform all aspects of resident care in an environment that optimizes resident safety.
- Document all care provided in the resident’s record in a timely manner.
- Treat residents, guests, and coworkers with courtesy and genuine care.
