Requirements
- Current Ohio STNA certification
- Compassionate, resident-centered approach to care
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable and dependable attendance
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Provide compassionate, high-quality care while maintaining residents' dignity and independence
- Record and report changes in residents' condition to the nursing team
- Assist with meals, hydration, and daily routines
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
- Work closely with nurses and other team members to provide excellent resident care
