Requirements

Minimum two years of automotive repair experience.
Must have a valid Virginia Inspector license.
Must have at least 1 year experience as a Virginia State Inspector.
Must have own tools.
Capable of operating machines and equipment used in the automotive mechanic trade.
Strong customer service, organization, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and consistency follow store policies and procedures.
Desire and ability to work in a team environment.
Authorized to work in the USA and at least 18 years of age.
Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.
Capable of continuous standing, bending, lifting (up to 75 lbs).
Availability to work on Saturdays.
Comfortable with occasional exposure to mechanical hazards and outside weather conditions.

Nice To Haves

ASE certifications are preferred but not required.
Diagnostic scanner experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provides accurate and timely vehicle diagnosis, maintenance and repairs, ensuring customer expectations are met or exceeded.
Test drives vehicles before and after repairs to ensure functionality and overall safety.
Inspection and repairing customers vehicles to ensure they are in accordance with state requirements.
Promotes company culture of cooperation and collaboration among all team members.
Assists other teammates with tasks as needed to consistently deliver on our expectation of delivering a wow experience.
