About The Position
Colonial is seeking compassionate State Registered Nurse Aides dedicated to providing the highest quality of care to residents. The residential facility emphasizes teamwork and supporting residents’ quality of life, including the support of family, friends, and the community. The role offers an opportunity to contribute to residents’ daily lives as part of a close-knit team. This is a full-time position scheduled from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. every Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. The facility offers a comprehensive benefits package, professional development, and other employee support programs. Benefit eligibility depends on employment status.
Requirements
- Applicants and employees must have graduated from an approved Nurse Aide Training program, or be eligible to enter and graduate from such a program and pass a state-approved competency evaluation within 120 days of employment.
- State Registered Nurse Aides must be listed on the Nurse Aide Registry.

- A high school diploma or completed GED program is preferred.
