Requirements

• Graduated from an approved Nurse Aide Training program, or be eligible to enter such a program and graduate.
• Pass a state-approved competency evaluation within 120 days of employment.
• Listed on the Nurse Aide Registry.
• Minimum of a high school diploma or completed a GED program is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents.
• Assist residents with daily living activities.
• Monitor resident vital signs and report changes.
