About The Position

The State General Manager (GM) at Entyre is responsible for scaling the company state by state to deliver life-changing support for family caregivers. This role requires strong operational leadership, grit, and the ability to achieve results in a high-pressure environment. The GM leads the state teams, which are the engine of the company, translating the mission into action by ensuring caregivers receive the help they need at high velocity. This is a demanding role for a relentless and talented operator who thrives under pressure.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of hands-on operational experience.
  • Demonstrated clear promotional path in a high-performance environment.
  • Data-driven decision-making abilities and sound judgment.
  • A "get shit done" attitude with a capacity for creative problem-solving for complex issues.
  • Experience in team leadership.
  • Networking skills to establish connections with local clinics and regulators.
  • Fearless tenacity and entrepreneurial drive.

Nice To Haves

  • Healthcare or caregiving operations experience.
  • Knowledge of Medicaid.

Responsibilities

  • Hire and lead a best-in-class clinical team of nurses and support staff.
  • Streamline administration and reduce onboarding friction to get families onto Medicaid, waivers, or local programs quickly.
  • Navigate state regulatory battles and leverage compliance as a competitive advantage.
  • Serve as the primary representative of Entyre with local stakeholders, including clinics, agencies, and the media.
  • Communicate state-specific needs back to the headquarters and collaborate with the tech team to resolve pain points.
  • Develop and share effective strategies to accelerate growth in other states.
  • Maintain an intense focus on family sign-ups and maximize lead conversion.
