The Startup Market Lead, AMER role is responsible for driving startup acquisition and ecosystem growth across North America, with an initial focus on the U.S market. Based in San Francisco, this person leads regional market development initiatives across partnerships, startup communities, events, founder engagement and localized programs, helping position Notion as the preferred workspace for startups building the future with AI. Working closely with the Head of Startups and cross-functional teams, this role combines ecosystem knowledge, relationship building and execution excellence to grow startup awareness, product adoption and top-of-funnel pipeline across the region. This role is ideal for someone who understands the U.S startup ecosystem deeply, enjoys being close to founders, partners and is excited about building scalable regional growth initiatives in fast-moving markets. This role can be based in either San Francisco or New York City. We work from our offices on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays (our Anchor Days) because we do our best thinking and building together in person. We’re looking for someone who’s excited to work alongside the team during those days.
