About The Position

AIUC's mission is to certify the world's fastest-growing AI companies' AI security. They aim to be the gold standard for AI safety, security, and reliability, specifically with AIUC-1. The company evaluates, certifies, and insures AI agents to provide credibility and trust for high-growth AI companies, with plans to expand to foundation models and data centers. The team comprises individuals from Anthropic, McKinsey, METR, Weights & Biases, Perplexity, and the Thiel Fellowship, and has raised $15M from notable investors. The role addresses the critical need for AI security standards beyond existing ones like SOC2 or ISO 42001, as AI agents face liability concerns regarding jailbreaks, hallucinations, prompt injection, and agent failures. AIUC-1 provides the necessary answers, leading companies like ElevenLabs, Intercom, and UiPath to certify their agents, with a growing waiting list and daily inbound interest.

Requirements

  • Comfortable taking customers from intent to delivering business value, in a novel market with a complex technical product
  • Excited about ambiguity, structured enough to build hypotheses and fast to iterate on experiments
  • Sharp communicator, and can build trust quickly
  • 3–4 years of closing experience in a high-growth early-stage tech company where you were building, not just executing, ideally in a founding GTM role
  • A consultative approach: you listen and diagnose before you pitch, and leave every conversation having learned something
  • A proven track record of taking ownership of unstructured, complex revenue-related projects and delivered outcomes
  • Deep hunger, and insatiable drive to win with our team and customers, in a market that's moving fast
  • Analytical skills and proficiency in discovery, demos and creating compelling presentations
  • Deep understanding of the SaaS/AI landscape — you can quickly triage market signal, and understand how these companies products should be scoped

Nice To Haves

  • A background in consulting or investment banking
  • Experience working with security, legal, or innovation stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize a high volume of inbound leads and conduct initial qualification for the highest-potential accounts
  • Own the full sales cycle with the most prominent AI agent builders, from first touchpoint to certification
  • Define, execute and refine campaigns within different domains — starting with AI for CX, voice, coding, legal, and fintech
  • Run experiments on pricing, pitch, and process — measure outcomes and build the playbook as you go
