Greet golf guests like old friends, even if it’s their first time here – you're the friendly face that sets the tone. Keep the course running smoothly by managing tee times, monitoring pace of play, and enforcing cart and course rules (with a smile, of course). Double-check receipts and assign carts like a tee-time traffic controller – organized is your middle name. Be the go-to for where the snacks and drinks are (because golf is thirsty work). Pitch in with everything from filling water coolers to filing ranger reports – no task too small, no course too big.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of golf rules and etiquette
- Customer service experience (3+ months)
- Comfort being on your feet all day
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Flexible availability
- Team spirit and initiative
