About The Position

The Seasonal Start Technician is responsible for delivering a 5-star customer experience to new customers by performing initial pest control services, including the application of chemicals and manual treatment methods to eliminate pest activity.

Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older.
Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of this role.
Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

Nice To Haves

1+ years of customer service experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough indoor and outdoor initial pest control treatments for new customers, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Engage with customers to clearly explain service features and benefits while delivering exceptional customer service and support.
Follow assigned routes, communicate effectively with office staff and managers, and maintain accurate service records.
Maintain equipment, vehicle, and safety gear in proper working condition, while utilizing technology to manage appointments and customer information.
