The STARS Center Summer Student Aide provides essential front‑desk and administrative support during the University’s busiest summer periods, including New Student Orientation and the Summer Transition Program. Serving as the first point of contact, the student aide greets visitors, responds to phone and email inquiries, and helps ensure the office operates smoothly when professional staff are engaged in orientation and outreach activities. The role requires strong customer service, organization, and communication skills to support students, families, and campus partners.
