About The Position

Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a seasonal Starbucks Supervisor to join our team at Grand Canyon in Grand Canyon National Park, Arizona. As a barista supervisor, you will oversee store operations, provide direction to team members, and contribute to Starbucks' success by providing legendary customer service to all guests. Requirements

• Cash handling and working with point-of-sale (POS) system experience
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and/or holidays

Nice To Haves

• A minimum of one year of supervisory experience in a customer service or retail environment is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Supervise team members and complete store operational needs by assigning team members and following up on work results.
• Train and coach to service and operational standards, company policies, and procedures for both Starbucks and Delaware North.
• Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture, values, and mission of Starbucks and Delaware North.
• Maintain a clean and organized workplace, provide quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all guests by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products
