Alongside a retail management team who will help coordinate and lead operations, you’ll help oversee staff, collaborate with teammates, and help where needed. Requirements

• 3+ years' leadership experience experience required
• 1+ years' food services experience required
• Strong organizational and team building skills with the ability to coach and motivate team members
• Proficient in Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Flexible schedule as some evening, weekend, and/or holiday work may be required

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with Starbucks, or similar speciality coffee franchise an asset
• Extensive knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards considered an asset

Responsibilities

• Run clean, well-organized shifts that prioritize safety, efficiency, and exceptional customer service.
• Lead, motivate, and support partners during shifts. Provide real-time feedback and foster a positive team environment.
• Model customer-first behaviors and handle customer feedback with grace and professionalism.
• Assist with inventory management, product ordering, drawer balancing, and cash management routines.
• Ensure all coffee, beverages, and food items are prepared to Starbucks standards, strictly following health and safety guidelines.
