Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably within a food service environment.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, with a focus on coaching and development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Thorough knowledge of food safety regulations and practices.
Valid Driver's License.
General knowledge of inventory management and cost control.

Responsibilities

Make informed decisions regarding staffing, product ordering, and store operations.
