Requirements

Ability to work well as part of a team.
Strong relationship‑building and customer service skills.
Quick learner with the ability to take on multiple tasks during each shift.
Able to follow oral and written instructions and ask questions when needed.
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with good time‑management and multitasking skills.
Solid problem‑solving abilities.
High School Diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

Barista experience is a plus.
Food & Beverage experience is also a plus.

Responsibilities

Create a warm and welcoming experience for every customer.
Prepare high‑quality beverages and food items according to Starbucks standards.
Provide prompt, friendly service and communicate clearly with customers and partners.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
Follow all operational, cash‑handling, and safety procedures.
Stay calm and positive during busy periods and support the team as needed.
Assist with stocking, cleaning, and daily store tasks to keep the café running smoothly.
Work as part of a team, contribute to a positive environment, and support new partners during training.
Show reliability through consistent attendance and punctuality.
