The Food & Beverage team ensures a consistent guest experience by managing product freshness, stock levels, accurate pricing, and promotional signing. This team specializes in operations, process, and efficiency, leading all food and food services including replenishment, inventory accuracy, food safety, presentation, and merchandising. This role offers opportunities to develop skills in guest service fundamentals, building a guest-first culture in food & beverage, providing guests with purchasing and storage information, understanding Food & Beverage business fundamentals (sales trends, inventory, quality, freshness, pricing, promotions), and knowledge in food seasonality, safety standards, and merchandising. The position involves working in a fun and energetic environment, delivering excellent guest service, and stocking, setting, and selling Target products, with a busy schedule, especially on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver for guests by working efficiently and as a team

• Stock, set, and sell Target products

• Accurately handle cash register operations
• Climb up and down ladders
• Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds
