About The Position

As a barista at Starbucks, you will be expected to adapt to the changing needs throughout the store rapidly. You can easily start off making beverages at the Frappuccino station before swapping spots with a fellow associate at the espresso bar. As a Starbucks barista, your primary responsibilities will include: Prepare coffee and tea beverages for customers Recommend the coffeehouse’s products to undecided clientele Clean and maintain the store during downtime as needed Ensure that you are adhering to food safety procedures at all times Cash handling and accurately record customer order information Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently as they arise
