About The Position

Starbucks coffee and Kowalski's Market have a seamless partnership, both aiming to support the mission to instill and protect civic values that create a just and inclusive environment, while minimizing environmental impact. This role offers a combined training program focused on supporting, engaging, and investing in the development of baristas and emerging leaders. The training is hands-on and educates baristas on performing their jobs safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will create a meaningful and helpful environment by delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with coworkers through transparent communication and teamwork. Memorization is key for drink consistency and customer retention.

Requirements

Flexible schedule
Morning availability: Start time between 5 AM - 6:30 AM
Weekend availability (Sunday is required)
Closer availability: Starting by Noon and working until 7:30 PM
Weekend and holiday availability
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Interest in preparing food
Interest in product knowledge to support exceptional customer service
Teamwork skills
Ability to maintain drink consistency
Ability to learn new recipes
Ability to work in an energetic and fast-paced environment
