Starbucks Barista - Part Time
About The Position
The Starbucks Sales Clerk is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Starbucks kiosk, including cash handling, knowledge of the ordering and scheduling process, suggestive selling, promoting positive customer relations, assisting with customer service, and adherence to standards, policies, and procedures. This person's primary duties include drink preparation, ensuring drinks are presented to generate utmost eye appeal, assuring proper sanitation and cleanliness of the unit to fulfill health department standards and requirements, inspection of the unit for safety and security, proper completion of paperwork, and opening and closing the unit as required. Other duties as assigned or required.
Requirements
- Must be available to be scheduled between 20-30 hours a week
- Must be available to work nights and weekends, based on department needs
- Repetitive lifting to 20 lbs
- Occasional lifting to 50 lbs
- Reliable
- Dependable
- Able to work with minimal supervision
