The ideal candidate will have the ability to create a meaningful and helpful environment by showing our customers appreciation and kind service. Building right relationships with coworkers through transparent communication and teamwork is a key attribute. Memorization plays a key role for creating drink consistency and customer retention. Our baristas are making blended coffees and refreshments using Starbucks recipes following a unique creation sequence.

Requirements

Flexible to schedule between 15 - 30 hours
Availability from 3 pm - 7pm
Weekend and holiday availability a must
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Interest in preparing coffee and refreshments
Have an interest in product knowledge to support exceptional customer service

Responsibilities

Making blended coffees and refreshments using Starbucks recipes following a unique creation sequence.
Handling food according to state health codes.
Maintain drink consistencies with the interest in learning new recipes.
Work in an energetic and face-paced environment.
Be organized and clean.
