About The Position
The Starbucks location serves as a central hub—creating a welcoming space for employees and guests to connect, recharge, and enjoy quality service throughout the day. We're looking for a barista that wants to bring the Starbucks Experience to life!
Requirements

- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Commitment to quality, consistency, and customer satisfaction
- Ability to follow store standards, including dress code and food safety guidelines
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required

Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming, positive environment where every customer feels valued
- Deliver prompt service and craft high-quality beverages and food items to standard
- Anticipate customer needs and personalize each interaction
- Maintain a clean, organized, and comfortable store environment
- Stay calm and focused during busy periods while supporting your team
- Follow all operational, safety, and cash-handling procedures
- Support new team members through encouragement and coaching
- Contribute to a strong team culture by communicating effectively and uplifting others
