About The Position
As a Starbucks Barista on Hilton’s Hotels team, you provide food and drink service while creating memorable guest experiences and sharing Hilton’s hospitality. You prepare coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to standardized recipes and guest preferences; learn menu items and specials so you can answer guest questions; take and enter food and beverage orders into the point-of-sale system; and complete orders promptly. You are expected to interact with guests in an upbeat, friendly manner and comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations.
