About The Position

This role is responsible for moving raw materials and finished product between the production areas, storage and docks using a riding pallet jack or forklift. The job is an individual contributor and has no direct reports. The role involves transferring raw materials from storage to production, transferring finished products from the production line to the freezer, and offloading delivered raw materials and other supplies to the storage area, organizing them according to facility specifications. The position also requires stacking and organizing pallets, maintaining a clean working area, and removing empty combos and garbage pallets from the department. The role holder must comply with facility and organizational policies governing workplace conduct, workplace safety, food safety, good manufacturing practices, and other operational policies. Additionally, the role holder is responsible for understanding and implementing appropriate safety procedures through education, training, use of protective equipment, and adherence to safety policies, regulations, standards, and laws. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

Excellent proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite Products.
Ability to follow verbal instructions with accuracy
High School Diploma and/or equivalent work experience is required.
Position may require the physical agility of lifting up to 50 pounds
Position may require frequent and/or infrequent of bending, squatting, pushing, pulling, stretching/reaching, use hands or fingers, talk, hear, feel objects, tools, controls and standing/walking on concrete flooring.
Position may require the physical ability to stand/walk for Greater than 4 hours.

Responsibilities
