About The Position

We are currently recruiting females from 18-40 years of age to work as Standardized Patients (SPs) to participate in the NAC Assessment, which is an Objective Structured Clinical Exam (OSCE) for Internationally Educated Medical Graduates (IMGs). SPs are trained to portray clients in a variety of medical situations based on real-life scenarios in a standardized manner. All SPs go through a thorough series of training sessions to prepare them to portray their role for the exam day. This is considered casual work.

Requirements

  • Females from 18-40 years of age.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Able to convey ideas and emotions.
  • Reliable, courteous, non-judgmental and professional.
  • Accepts constructive feedback and adjusts accordingly.
  • Able to follow detailed instructions and reproduce simulation consistently.
  • Experience scoring or providing feedback to participants.
  • Improvisational skills.
  • Must be available for training sessions (virtual, 2 hours each) on September 2nd or 3rd.
  • Must be available for in-person dry runs on September 15th.
  • Must be available for the in-person exam on Sunday, September 20, 2026 (9-10 hours).
