Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of data entry or related administrative experience
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel capabilities
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate across multiple departments

Nice To Haves

Experience with DBS, SOC (Service Option Collaborator), or similar service management systems
Experience supporting service, maintenance, or product support operations
Familiarity with Caterpillar equipment, maintenance programs, or PM processes

Responsibilities

Prepare, create, and upload Standard Jobs and PM Checklists using SOC (Service Option Collaborator) and DBS
Audit, edit, and maintain the existing Standard Jobs library
Work closely with Product Support, Service, Shop, and CVA teams to develop new Standard Jobs and maintenance processes
Ensure job data is accurate, organized, and up to date
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to service operations and job standardization
Assist with special projects and additional responsibilities as assigned
